We’re Open for You!
Whenever the club is open, IDF members and casual visitors alike are welcome to come in and train.
Of course we ask, as a matter of common courtesy, that you respect the space and equipment being used by the scheduled class or activity that is going on. Other than that, you have free access to whatever isn’t being utilized or occupied—so feel free to stop in and hit the bags, spar in the boxing ring, roll round on the mats, push weights, dance, or whatever else you’d like to do to get fit or practice martial arts. (Well, maybe not mud wrestling. Let’s keep it clean, folks.
).
For current IDF members, this is a great time to stop in and put some concentrated effort into an area where you’d like to improve, or to try something new that you’ve been wanting to dip into and explore.
Casual visitors, you’ll find the centre’s staff and members warm and friendly. Stopping in for a personal “open gym” session is a good way to watch what’s going on while you work out and see if one or more of our classes might be of interest to you. Or you can simply come in for a good sweat!

Rent Our Facility
We also rent out our space to instructors who would like to run their own classes. Any or all of the following are available for your use:
• matted martial arts area
• bag area
• boxing ring
• weights area
• gym equipment
• and more!
